Update to the Roadmap for Astronomy in Switzerland 2007 - 2016

Das Collegium der Schweizer Astronomie-Professoren (CHAPS) hat im Frühjahr 2015, auf Initiative der Kommission für Astronomie der Platform MAP, einen Update der vor acht Jahren publizierten "Roadmap for Astronomy in Switzerland 2007-2016" publiziert.

Die Roadmap hält die wissenschaftlichen Prioritäten für die Schweizer Astronomie im nächsten Jahrzehnt fest und benennt die Schwerpunkte der Schweizer Beteiligungen an Projekten und Infrastrukturen der europäischen Organisationen ESO und ESA.
In diesem Kontext dient der Update auch als fachliche Grundlage für die Schweizer Roadmap Forschungs-infrastrukturen des SBFI und den damit verbundenen Finanzierungs-Entscheiden.
