eco.mont - Journal on Protected Mountain Areas Research and Management, Vol. 3 No. 2

As mentioned in the first issues of eco.mont, protected mountain area managers act in heterogeneous situations, due both to environmental and geographical aspects, and to legal and administrative obligations. Every protected area must adapt its own polices to a speci c context, making it very dif cult to adopt shared operating standards on a wide geographical scale.
