The IPCC Scholarship Programme
The IPCC Scholarship Programme provides scholarships for PhD students from developing countries for research that advances the understanding of the scientific basis of risks of climate change, its potential impacts and options for adaptation and mitigation.
Each scholarship award is for a maximum amount of 15,000 Euros per year for up to two years during the period 2019-2021. The IPCC will accept applications from PhD students that have been enrolled for at least a year, or individuals undertaking post-doctoral research. Applicants should be citizens of a developing country, with priority given to students from Least Developed Countries (LDCs) and Small Island Developing States (SIDS). Deadline 22 March.
