The LS2 Annual Meeting brings together scientists from all nations and backgrounds to explore the large spectrum united under the umbrella of life sciences.

How do (gender) biases influence the evaluation and selection of scientists? How (gender) biases can be addressed and how their influence on selection processes can be reduced? Short talks will be followed by a panel discussion.
