Swiss Society for Optics and Microscopy

The Swiss Society for Optics and Microscopy: 1. Promotes the technical sciences in Switzerland, in particular Optics, Microscopy of all kind and Nano-Technology. 2. Encourages and promotes collaborations in these fields on a national and international level. 3. Provides information and enables the exchange of expertise through the organisation of scientific presentations, conferences and courses. 4. Represents the interests of its members in private and public institutions. The SSOM represents its members in international organisations.
