FMA award 2016

To commemorate the 100-year anniversary of the discovery of nucleic acids the Swiss Society for Molecular and Cellular Biosciences (formerly Swiss Society for Biochemistry) has created the Friedrich-Miescher-Award. The prize is intended to honour young biochemists and is donated by the Friedrich-Miescher-Institute of the Novartis Research Foundation in Basel.

Applications or nominations, including a letter stating the relevance of the candidate's scientific work, his/her CV, list of publication and embedded links to the four most relevant publications should be submitted by November 15th, 2015 by e-mail as a single PDF file to the secretary of the Swiss Society for Molecular and Cellular Biosciences: Prof. Dr. Daniel Legler [daniel.legler@bitg.ch], Biotechnology Institute Thurgau (BITg) at the University of Konstanz, Unterseestrasse 47, CH-8280 Kreuzlingen.
