POV stands for Point of View – a person’s perspective. In this portrait series, quantum physicists share their own perspectives on how diverse their professions are and what fascinates them most about their work.
Whether in the development of new technologies, in medicine, or in fundamental research: the expertise of quantum physicists is in high demand and opens up a wide range of career paths.
The video portraits presented here are aimed at students of technical disciplines who are considering a specialization in quantum physics and wish to gain insight into possible career paths, as well as at anyone interested in what the everyday life of a quantum physicist looks like.
