Every Tuesday or on demand, accompanied by the qualified dietitian and cooking book author Erica Bänziger, you will discover the seasonal wild edible herbs and the botanical peculiarities of Terre di Pedemonte (Verscio, Cavigliano) and Centovalli, through meadows, fields and woods. Included a pleasant snack in Cavigliano’s chestnut grove made with wild herbs! A unique culinary experience!
The guided tour is available every Tuesday from the middle of March to the end of October
(schedule: 10am-2pm) and on demand.
he tour, in Italian or German, is light and dogs are welcome. It is necessary to wear comfortable shoes, bring sunscreen and water. In case of bad weather, the tour is canceled.
